Anantha Krishnan
Cinematographer

Anantha Krishnan is a cinematographer whose work has been showcased at prestigious festivals including Camerimage (Poland), the Vilmos Zsigmond Cinematography Film Festival (Hungary), and most recently, he was nominated for Best Cinematography at the Brussels International Cineverse Film Festival for the short film New Planet.

He continues to explore analogue and 35mm film formats through international artist residencies such as the Camargo Foundation (France), BAC (New York), and the Baltic Analog Lab (Latvia). Drawing on his background in development studies and visual anthropology, Anantha brings a deeply reflective and inquiry-driven approach to image-making.

Educated at the Hungarian Film School and LUCA School of Arts in Belgium, his cinematographic practice spans fiction, documentary, and video art across Europe and Asia.
